I chose engineering because I enjoy learning about different types of engineering, and this course was the most convenient option for me locally.

In class we’re currently learning how to do facepainting, makeup and hair. The facepainting consists of child facepainting, sci-fi, jungle looks.

At the moment we’re learning mostly biology stuff like human anatomy. With another teacher we’re learning what careers we could choose later on – my tutors told us that we could progress to university.

I was motivated to start my teacher training apprenticeship because I wanted to develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence to teach effectively within the unique environment of 1RSME.

I’ve recently completed my Teacher Training Apprenticeship while working as an Adult Skills Tutor at MidKent College. I deliver a range of pre-employment and sector-based courses that support adults looking to build confidence and re-enter the workplace.

My name is Ayrush Chetalbash, and I come from Bulgaria.  After I graduated high school, I enrolled at Blagoevgrad to continue my education. I started at my current company as a Forklift Operator, a few months later I was offered a position in the maintenance department because I had mentioned in my CV about my mechanical background and skills.
