Different programmes have different concessions and/or loans. Please check the fee symbols shown against your chosen programme.

If you are under 19 on 31st August prior to the start of your course you will be eligible for free tuition on this course. This is not applicable to apprenticeships. Please see the apprenticeship 'A' symbol for further information. |

If you are aged 19 or over on 31 August prior to the start of your level 3 or 4 course there are no concessions available although you may be eligible to claim level 3 entitlement (see symbol 3 below). If you are not eligible to claim level 3 entitlement you can apply for a government Advanced Learner Loan. This is not applicable to apprenticeships. Please see the apprenticeship 'A' symbol for further information. |

Concessions are available on some qualifications for the following groups of students: Students in receipt of an eligible state benefit who want to be employed, or progress into more sustainable employment and:
To claim this concession you will need to bring original proof of benefit to your enrolment session. The proof must be dated no more than three months prior to your course start date. You will also need to complete the Declaration for Skills Training Funding Form which is available here, and will also be available for you to complete at your enrolment session. Students in receipt of a low wage who:

To claim this concession you will need to bring original proof of your gross annual wages to your enrolment session. The proof must be dated no more than three months prior to your course start date, and could be a wage slip, employment contract or a universal credit statement. You will also need to complete the Declaration for Low Wage Earners, which is available here, and will also be available for you to complete at your enrolment session. Level 1 - If you are aged 19-23 at the start of this entry/level 1 course and do not already hold a full level 2 qualification, but intend to progress to complete a full level 2, your fees will be waived in full. Please check the other symbols against this course for details of other entitlements or loans that may be available. This course may be run by other education providers who offer alternative funding routes and may offer tuition fee concessions. |

Local Flexibility programmes are not categorised as a full Level 2 and are therefore not eligible for the Level 2 Entitlement. If you are aged 19 and over at 31 August prior to the start of the course, hold a full Level 2 qualification and are unemployed and in receipt of an eligible state benefit, or are employed and on a low wage you may be eligible for your fees to be waived. Please follow the guidance in the box with the ‘C’ symbol – Concessions. If you are aged 19 and over at 31 August prior to the start of the course, hold a full Level 2 qualification and do not meet the eligibility for a concession, you will be required to pay the tuition fee as advertised. If you are aged 19–23 at 31 August prior to the start of the course and do not hold a full Level 2 qualification, there is no funding available for this programme and you would be required to pay the full value of the qualification.
