Should a student be absent from College, the student needs to email their course tutor, contact details are available through the student handbook.
Please note that absence from College must be recorded as an absence on College registers.
We expect all students to attend all timetabled lessons, in order to maximise their potential achievement, and there is a clear link between attendance in College and qualification attainment. If a student is absent for a genuine and unavoidable reason, e.g. sickness, then they should let their tutor know as soon as possible.
