MidKent College is celebrating excellent A-level results, with a high number of students progressing to their first choice university.
275 students completed their A-levels this summer with many achieving high grades at both the Medway and Maidstone Campuses. Of the 152 students that studied on the full-time two year programme, 95% passed their course.
A-level Social Science students Annabel Land (who is delighted with her results and her place at the University of Kent) said:
"I'm really excited about getting the results I needed to get into university. These go with my two A grades from last year so I am really happy!"
Emma Wilkinson - Director of Faculty of Science, Humanities and Access said:
"We're extremely proud of all of our students and staff who have worked very hard. Many of our students are progressing to their university of choice and we wish them all the best for their future."
The College offers a wide range of A-level subjects - including the one year intensive courses at Maidstone - and excellent opportunities to progress into higher education.
