Whilst most of us feel nervous at the thought of a totally new haircut, Sharon Mcaulay bravely decided to cut her metre long hair that she has been growing for years- all for a great cause.
Sharon headed to MidKent College on 22nd June to have Hair and Beauty Tutor Marianna Inman cut her hair to raise money for Paige Stewart, a young girl diagnosed with Peri Ventricular Leukomalacia and Cerebral Palsy Spastic Diplegia in 2011. The money raised will go towards a life changing operation Paige needs to help her walk unaided.
Congratulations to Sharon for all of her fundraising, we think her new hair looks fantastic and the money is going to a more than worthy cause.
