You may have seen media reports of a meningococcal disease outbreak in Kent.  No one from our College has become unwell as part of the outbreak.

I chose the Level 2 in Hospitality & Catering as I want to be a chef. I completed a catering course at school. The skills I have learnt include how to carve a chicken as well as keeping it to a set time. You need to work fast and multi-task so it does bring a lot of skills.

I do work in a café so this helps with my work experience but I am trying to look for another job in catering. The tutors are friendly and encouraging as well as easy to ask for help. I would recommend this College to do Hospitality & Catering as the kitchens are brilliant and other places didn’t have the equipment like this College has.
