You may have seen media reports of a meningococcal disease outbreak in Kent.  No one from our College has become unwell as part of the outbreak.

I came to College straight from school and found they were a lot more inclusive than sixth form.

I have been learning a lot of things including digital design, different mediums, logo design, lino printing and poster design. I really enjoy logo design and this is what I want to get into.

With the World Skills competition I entered and got through qualifying rounds and semi-final, and after that went to the final in Middlesborough. We got third place which was brilliant.

When I've finished my programme, I am planning to go onto an apprenticeship with the company I am currently doing work experience. I would also like to start up a freelance company alongside my apprenticeship with InDesign which does designs for supermarkets.

I have really, really enjoyed the experience at the College and the tutors are amazing. The equipment here is brilliant and the fact the tutors have industry experience is also a benefit.

I would highly recommend this College and it is a really good programme to get onto. I had applied for sixth form in the local area but none of them compared to the College. I would recommend talking to a careers adviser like I did as it really helped with choosing my options. It really did help me make my decision.
