The HR Support Level 3 Apprenticeship incorporates a Level 3 qualification, which is the equivalent level to Advanced Level and provides the Apprentice with an underpinning understanding of the HR function, alongside practical experience of working in an HR environment. You will study 8 modules including; Personal Development, Business Understanding, and HR Legislation.
Level 3 apprentices are required to register for CIPD membership as part of the apprenticeship qualification. They are only required to purchase course textbooks if their employer opts for them to complete the CIPD standalone qualification

Entry Requirements
To apply for the Level 3 HR Support Apprenticeship, candidates must have the following;
Secure employment: Have an employer in place who is committed to supporting them throughout the apprenticeship.
Work hours: Be employed full-time, working a minimum of 30 hours per week, and be on the company’s PAYE scheme.
Educational qualifications: Must hold a minimum of 3 GCSEs including maths & English at Grades 4/C (or equivalent). If candidates do not hold maths and English at grade 4/C or above, they will be required to complete Functional Skills qualifications alongside their apprenticeship.
Pre-employment checks: Successfully complete a scope of work review to ensure your job role aligns with the apprenticeship requirements, a skills scan, and initial assessments in maths and English.
