Course Description

Within Supported & Foundation Learning we offer study programmes from Entry Level 1 to Entry Level 3.

These programmes will help students to develop pathways to work and/or further study which support students with learning needs.

At interview and through initial assessments we will determine the main level of study. The programme focuses on developing communication, personal presentation, social skills and improving English and maths skills. Some lessons take place in the community, providing real-life learning opportunities. Developing the students employability skills with work experience options from supported internal experiences to external opportunities within the community.

This gives students additional time to support and develop independence and the skills needed to progress to work an/or further study.
