Course Description

Immerse in the world of cybersecurity and IT with our unique hybrid qualification at MidKent College.

The digital world is rapidly changing, and our Level 2 IT course provides an opportunity for students to prepare their careers in the digital world and a professional environment, by learning fundamental skills in IT, Media and Business.

Newly revamped for this year, the Level 2 IT qualification has been split between BTEC and another awarding body TLM, who have provided a unique qualification based in cybersecurity and data forensics, a prevalent area of the industry that is only becoming more crucial in the digital age.

By combining these two qualifications into a unique programme, this bespoke qualification enables our students to gain an industry-relevant set of skills and knowledge well-suited to the current digital industry climate.
