The Level 1 Diploma in Land-Based Studies (Animal Care) is designed for students who have entry requirements of four grade 2's including GCSE English, maths, science and one other subject. It is the largest of our Level 1 offers and contains 10 units. It is focused on Animal Care and Welfare, the environment and an introduction to Animal Biology.
This course is designed to promote progression onto either one of our Level 2 courses. It is designed to promote employment within the animal care and land-based industry.
