Course changes, cancellations and refunds
This information has been prepared well in advance of the start of the proposed courses. It is possible that courses may subsequently have to be cancelled (in whole or part), or be altered as to:
- Dates and times
We undertake to give you as much notice as possible of any changes or cancellation, but you should appreciate that these may occur at short notice. In the event of any alteration or cancellation, you may withdraw from the course, by writing to us before the course starts, and any fees or costs already paid to us will be refunded.
Refunds will only be given in the above circumstances. Once a course has started, fees are payable in full and refunds will not be available.
Where a student's loan funding ceases due to withdrawal, the student will be liable to pay the remainder of the year's fees direct to the College.
While on your course, you must follow the MidKent College regulations as outlined in the College Charter, available on request from reception at each campus.
Students are able to pay online once they have been confirmed as enrolled on a course and have a student ID number.
