What will the apprentice be doing?

What you’ll do at work

• Learning the welding trade
• Working alongside a qualified welder
• Assisting welders on site adapting practical skills
• Attending college on a regular basis to achieve the qualification 

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other
training organisation. At least 20% of your working hours will be spent
training or studying.

College will be one day a week at MidKent College.
