What will the apprentice be doing?

• Assist senior engineers in producing solutions on a wide variety of projects
• Use a range of engineering software packages to aid with the design process
• Carry out design calculations
• Create strategy drawings and mark-ups
• Attend site surveys
• Conduct 3D scans of buildings to aid with design

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

• Building Services Engineering Senior Technician Level 4 (Higher national certificate) Apprenticeship Standard

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

• At the end of the apprenticeship you will have a Level 4 qualification afterwhich you will be enrolled on a part-time Building Services degree course
• Following the completion of the degree course you will be a fully qualified Building Services Engineer
