Co-opted Member of the GR&A Committee
He has operated as a risk management consultant across numerous international organisations and countries, before joining RGA, a Fortune 200 Reinsurance company, as Head of Risk where he provides independent risk oversight across diverse markets and business operations.
He is currently a Visiting Lecturer at Bayes Business School teaching Operational Risk Management. He has also been a non-executive director and chair of several not-for-profit organisations including the Institute of Risk Management.
