Madison Dunkley left College in 2025 after studying a T Level in Health & Social Care.
She now works as a Community Respiratory Therapy Assistant, having successfully progressed into the healthcare sector shortly after completing her course.
Reflecting on her time at college, Madison credits her studies with preparing her for the next step in her career. During her course, she completed a nine-week industry placement, where she was able to apply her skills and knowledge in a real-world setting.
“Going to MidKent gave me the skills and knowledge I needed to complete my nine-week placement with confidence, which led to the job opportunity I now have. It’s allowed me to get my foot in the door towards degree apprenticeships.”
Madison’s journey highlights how T Levels can provide a direct pathway into employment, as well as opening up future progression opportunities within the healthcare industry.
