The Hospitality & Catering Employability Fair

Over 20 employers exhibited their knowledge and current vacancies in a bid to inspire the students to start thinking about their next step. Students could also participate in various talks and demonstrations in the kitchens.

CaterLink, the Army, Delaware North, Firmdale, Whitbread, WorkaSeason and Wine and Spirit Education Trust kindly shared their knowledge with students by organising cooking demonstrations and talks for a range of different schools and colleges.  

A big thank you to all the employers that exhibited at the Employability Fair and Springboard UK who kindly supported the organisation of the event.

The HND Hospitality and Event Management students also gave up their time to engage students in food activities whilst walking around the Employability Fair.
