Catering students enjoy the fruit at Brogdale Farm
Brogdale Farm, in Faversham, is home to one of the biggest collections of fruit in the world. With over 200 varieties of apple alone, it’s full of some of the best fruit in the county.
Students were taken through the farm on a recent visit, as part of their Catering course. Their guide was full of knowledge about how apples are cultivated and used.
There was also the opportunity to sample the jams and chutneys created using the local produce picked from the farm.
