The Details

The level 2 Extended Certificate in Creative Media Production is a fantastic introduction to the media industry and an opportunity to learn some of the basic skills required.

We have the very best facilities and equipment to help you take your first steps into employment, and you will also be able to focus your studies on a specific area of the profession.

  • The course combines practical work with formal teaching to enable you to develop your skills in a variety of media
  • You will be encouraged to come up with your own ideas and concepts rather than being told what to do
  • This is a study programme which includes English, maths and work experience in addition to your main programme

    Future Prospects

    Complete the course with at least a Merit and you will be able to continue your studies onto the level 3 Diploma in Creative Media Production. There you will gain a further understanding of the industry and learn more technical skills to help you enter your chosen career.

    Minimum of 4 GCSEs at Grade D or above (must include either English or maths)
