Build a strong foundation for working life by enrolling on one of our Construction Trades programmes. This level 2 programme is ideal for school-leavers or mature students who wish to learn a trade, or to gain a qualification to progress their career.
You'll learn how to fit doors, frames, linings, floors and skirting boards. Your theory lessons will include health and safety and employment rights and responsibities.
You'll practice your practical skills in our well equipped workshops, and be guided in your next steps after your programme by our industry experienced tutors.
Other Important Info
Students who complete this programme may have the opportunity to progress onto qualifications at level 3 subject to suitability, attendance record, attitude etc. Alternatively, they may be able to secure an apprenticeship or employment (with training) in their trade of choice.
Four GCSEs at grade D/3 or above, including English or maths at grade D/3 or above.
