This apprenticeship is suitable for a variety of HR roles, including HR Executive, HR Officer, Assistant HR Manager and Assistant HR Advisor. Upon completion, higher apprentices will be eligible for Associate membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
Other Important Info
The Higher Apprenticeship in Human Resource Consultant/Partner incorporates a Level 5 qualification, which is the equivalent level to the second year of university and provides the apprentice with a comprehensive understanding of the HR function, alongside practical experience of working in an HR environment. Level 5 apprentices need to pay for their registration with CIPD and purchase course textbooks required to complete the level 5 ?stand-alone? qualification before being allowed to undertake the apprenticeship summative assessment.
Students completing this Level 5 Apprenticeship will have gained the skills to work at a high level in HR. Future prospects include rapid career advancement in medium and large organisations performing essential HR functions and advisor roles.
