Christopher is an ombudsman with the Financial Ombudsman Service, which was set up by Parliament to investigate complaints about financial service providers. As an ombudsman, he makes legally binding decisions on sensitive, complex, high-risk and high-profile complaints. Before joining the ombudsman service, Christopher conducted applied legal research for government departments, non-governmental organisations (NGOs) and academic institutions. He grew up and went to school in the Medway towns.
