Students' Union

Interested in making a difference at the College?
Get involved and have your say!

If your course is at least one day per week over the 36 week academic year, you will automatically become a member of the the College's Students' Union (SU).

The SU promotes the interests and welfare of MidKent College students, and organises many popular social, sporting and local community events. Affiliated to the National Union of Students (NUS), members can also enjoy the benefits provided by the NUS to its own members (such as advice on student issues and discounts in many high street stores as well as online).

The SU President, Candy Worf, is a full member of the College's Governing Body, meaning student opinion has a direct impact on the decisions College Governors and senior staff make.

Introducing >>>

photostrip-candice_1.jpgHi, my name is Candy Worf and I am the Students' Union President for the 2009/10  academic year.

The SU is here to help you get the most out  of your College experience.

As well as organising loads of fantastic events and activities for you to enjoy, we have an important role within the College's Governing Body. By speaking directly to senior staff, we get to get your ideas and opinions heard, meaning you get to shape College life for you and your friends!

Best wishes,

Candy
