Qualification Levels Explained

	2 GCSEs at grades E - G	Usually, you will simply need an interview with the College tutor
	4 GCSEs at grades D - G, NVQ Level One, Skills for Working Life, BTEC Introductory Diploma	The majority of your GCSEs should be at grades E/G (or equivalent qualification)
	4 GCSEs at grades A - C, BTEC Diploma, CACHE Level 2 Diploma	The majority of your GCSEs should be at grades C/D (or equivalent qualification)
	A-levels, NVQ Level 3, CACHE Level 3, Access course	5 GCSEs at grade C and above (or equivalent) - usually including Maths and English
	HNC, NVQ Level 4	NVQ Level 3, minimum 80 UCAS points, 1 A-level at grade C or equivalent
	Foundation Degree, NVQ Level 5	Minimum 80 UCAS points, 1 A-level at grade C, Access to HE qualification, BTEC Level 3 Diploma/Certificate
	Degree	Minimum 160 UCAS points, 2 A-levels at grade C, BTEC Level 3 Diploma
