Modern versions of the last meal served to passengers on board the historic vessel will be enjoyed by guests at the eatery, which is run by staff and students at MidKent College’s Maidstone Campus.
The dress code for the event on Wednesday, March 28, is black tie and cocktail wear, with each guest also receiving a Titanic-style boarding pass containing information about some of those who survived or were killed in the tragedy.
There are also plans for light entertainment between courses, including a lounge singer, musicians and ballroom dancers.
Organised by students from the Hospitality & Catering and Travel, Tourism & Frontline Training departments, the meal costs just £20 per head with guests welcome from 6pm for a 6.30pm start.
Please mention at time of booking if you require any children’s meals.
The Apprentice restaurant is open to the public from 12-2pm weekdays and 6.45-9pm on Thursdays, term time only.
