Apprenticeships enable employers to not only attract new staff but also to train up existing staff and tackle skill shortages. Many employers find that training through Apprenticeships has a positive impact on staff morale, retention and productivity.
Apprentices learn while they work, so their knowledge is up-to-date. Because their training is on-the-job, the practical skills they gain can be tailored to the business they are working within.
