MidKent College’s Hospitality & Catering department – based at both our Maidstone and our Medway Campuses – offers specialist facilities that reflect this diversity. Our facilities form a real working environment, meaning students can gain valuable, realistic experience while they learn. They can also develop their food preparation and supervisory skills in a range of environments – from the dynamic backdrop of the bistro and food court at Medway to the top-quality surroundings of the public
restaurant at Maidstone.
