Creative Media

If you want to work in the creative industries look closely at these courses in digital media, photography design and broadcasting production.

Situated in purpose-built premises, the Medway Campus boasts a fully-equipped television studio, editing suites and broadcast-quality radio facilities. Our Maidstone Campus offers a photography studio and video editing suites. Both campuses benefit from high-spec computer suites for print and graphics work.

Study for a level 1 to 3 qualification. These provide hands-on experience as well as theory. Get the right qualifications to get a job, go on to university or improve your career prospects.

You will learn by completing projects and assignments that are based on realistic workplace situations, activities and demands. 

Depending on the level and type of course you complete, you may study the industries and production processes of contemporary mass media. Skills you may develop include photography, video production, writing, advertising design, digital graphics, website design and print publishing (magazine and brochure design).

Electrician ourses are available in both Medway and Maidstone.



Future prospects in Creative Media and Photography

Those who successfully complete our level 2 Diploma may progress to further study in order to develop their talents and skills, or possibly to employment in media-related industries.

The Level 3 Extended Diploma trains you for the media industries and also enables you to learn and develop a variety of skills which are transferable to a range of companies in related areas of work. Many students choose to continue their studies at a more specialised level in higher education.
