Carpentry & Joinery

At MidKent College in Kent and Medway, we work closely with the National Construction Skills awarding body to ensure our Construction Crafts courses in Carpentry and Joinery, Bricklaying, and Painting and Decorating meet the latest standards of training required by the construction industry.

Our staff are well-qualified and highly-experienced craftspeople. They will use the well-equipped workshop facilities housed at our Medway and Maidstone Campuses to help you learn a new range of skills that will benefit you in life, as well as your future or current employment.

Our courses in Construction Crafts are ideal for progressing students who want to become skilled craftspeople, and mature students who want to formalise a career in building.
