What will I learn?
This course is designed for students wishing to become managers/owners in the hospitality industry. It will give students the basic tools of management including:
Licensing law Food and beverage service Event management Food and beverage management What are the entry requirements?
You will need at least one of the following:
National Diploma/Certificate in a relevant discipline at merit or distinction Level 3 Extended Diploma/Diploma in a relevant discipline at merit or distinction 120 UCAS points obtained from A-levels or equivalent Access to HE Diploma NVQ level 3 industry related qualification Mature learners may present with a varied profile of achievementIn addition, students should have GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade C or above in English and Maths.
