We offer a wide range of Higher Education courses at MidKent College (including a number of part-time professional courses in management and CIPD). Areas in which we offer Higher National Diplomas and/or Foundation Degrees include Applied Chemistry, Business, Building & Civil Engineering, Information Technology, Qualifying to teach in the Life Long Learning Sector, Engineering (Electronic & Manufacturing) and Childhood Studies.
At MidKent College we enjoy a very close association with two highly regarded universities; Our Honours Degree, Foundation Degrees, HNDs and HNCs are awarded by the University of Kent, and our education programmes are delivered in association with Canterbury Christ Church University. Many of our Higher Education students are based on the Universities at Medway site and have access to use of all the University of Kent's facilities. They also benefit from access the Drill Hall Library – thought to be the largest open library space in Europe.
